    This one of my favorite Korean restaurants here in San Antonio, Tx.  Their Korean BBQ is authentic,  I love their bulgogi it is thinly sliced and tastes charbroiled not greasy or microwaved.  The price is right for the authenticity of true Korean food and their kimchi is always fresh and yummy.

    It's kind of hard to disappoint us but this place sort of did it for us. I have huge cravings for korean food and this place is honestly not the place to go if you like food other than kbbq. I ordered the Ddeokbokki ( spicy rice cake ) and the Kimbap. Both tasted far from what I expected. The flavors were unexpected. It's pricey for what they serve. But maybe the barbecue is better?

    We've come here a couple times now to satisfy my Korean food cravings. But this time I left feeling a little disappointed.

    Pros
    - love the refill of the ban Chan dishes
    - reasonable food portions given the price
    - they were quick to get our drinks and food out
    - kimchi soup had lots of tofu, which was super yummy. They were generous with their kimchi too!
    - clear menu with accurate descriptions
    - ample seating, they offer private rooms for bigger parties too

    Cons
    - no one came to check on us after our food came out...I had to flag down someone to get a refill on some ban Chan dishes
    - no one came to refill our drinks until I was done with all my food
    - there was a bit of a stench smell coming from the restroom area making the overall experience a bit unpleasant

    The food was decent, but the atmosphere of the restaurant and service was pretty poor. I wish I could get the food to go from here, but kimchi soup wouldn't be the same if it didn't come in a clay pot!

    Very nice restaurant. After living in Korea for several years we find it difficult to find a restaurant that serves the delicious food we enjoyed in Korea. This restaurant offers many traditional dishes although presented in a non traditional manner. Everything tasted very good. We recommend it and will return the next time we visit San Antonio.

    I understand they are short-staffed here but will never dine here again. Pricey food for the blah quality. Very nice Korean lady though, warm and friendly
